Whitney Taylor

Project Manager

Whitney started her career as a registered nurse on the NeuroTrauma Unit of Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She found a love for education and training while working at CHOC Children’s Hospital in Orange, California as a nurse educator in facilitating the onboarding of over 500 new staff members during a hospital expansion. In this role, Whitney also co-chaired the Patient and Family Education committee which reignited her love for editing.

When her family moved to New York City in August 2020, she put her nursing career on hiatus and pursued opportunities with editing. Whitney volunteered with Gantry Group to mentor first-generation college bound students with application essays and began her own consulting business for essay writing. Additionally, she served as the co-President of the PTA of her children’s elementary school, overseeing the fundraising of over $250,000 to pay for programs to enhance the school curriculum.

Now located in Washington DC, Whitney is excited to be part of the SpringTide team bringing her experiences to contribute to the mission of elevating human health.

Whitney holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University where she graduated summa cum laude as a Presidential Scholar.
